What data is passed on to PCN?

The employer portal has been designed especially for you as an employer. In this portal, you can easily provide PCN with the correct data of your employees. Because only then PCN can properly arrange the pension for your employees.

You are required to report the following changes:

  1. New employee
  2. Employee out of service
  3. Full-time salary + part-time data per 1-1 of each year
  4. Part-time percentage change (can be changed at any time)

You can notify all these changes via our employer portal. There you will also find the manual.
