Appeals committee

The Appeals Committee is the committee of complaints and disputes. We do our utmost to be of service to you and to execute the administration and payment of benefits in the best possible way. Sometimes things can go wrong. We urge you to send your complaints (in writing) to the postal address listed under contact.

The Appeals Committee has three members. The Board appoints one member from the employer tier, one from the employee tier and one independent member, who is selected from the circle of people who do not have any liaisons whatsoever with the Pension Fund.
